Sakki-Sakki.com is originated and owned by Monicka Clio Sakki. 
All sales will be executed through Sakki-Sakki and Sakki-Sakki.com. Invoices will be issued by MPress/Monicka Clio Sakki.

SHOP POLICY

We’re here to give you the best possible service. Please be minded that you’re buying from a privately owned studio business, not Amazon.
You’re welcome to contact the shop if you have any questions regarding Shopping or Shipping.

PAYMENTS

All prices are in $US Dollars. We accept payment via Paypal and Stripe, as well as major credit cards through them.
Sakki-Sakki Shop has the right to change prices at anytime, without notice. Anything ordered at a certain price, will be charged the price it was ordered at.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to changes in global shipping we now offer Priority Shipping with a tracking number, which will ensure a faster and more reliable delivery! Yay!!

PRE-ORDERS

PREORDER means that you pay upon pre-ordering. The goods will be shipped once available, on a first ordered–first shipped basis.
Please note that this is a zero-risk Preorder, since the decks are already produced.

Estimated time for the first dispatch is mid-February 2023.
If circumstances beyond our control, delay the fulfillment you will be notified.

In the event of a surge of Preorders at once, processing time (and prepping the confirmation emails) will take a little longer. Please be patient. We’re on it!

UPON PREORDERING

As soon as your pre-order goes through, we will process your order, by issuing a hand written invoice, AND by creating your package with your address. This set-up will expedite delivery times when the decks start to ship!
SO… if you plan to move, either give another address, or hold on!

ORDERS

CONFIRMATION NOTICE

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation notice on the website.
Our confirmation-by-human email will arrive once we process your order–usually within 48 hours, and up to 3 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING

We do our best to process & pack your orders as soon as possible, and to send you the custom confirmation mail. Please note that we’re a small business, and… life happens!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Enjoy subsidized International shipping!

We offer Priority Shipping (with tracking!) which is available to the following countries (A-Z):
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA

To several other countries not in the above list, we offer EMS priority shipping with tracking.

If you can’t find shipping costs to your country, please contact the shop.

Orders made over the weekends will ship on Tuesdays from Tel Aviv, Israel.

Sakki-Sakki.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We’re a small business and our inventory is very limited. In the case of a lost package, pls contact the shop and we can help you file a claim.

TAXES & CUSTOM CHARGES

There are No Taxes added to your orders! (Excluding IL)
We’re not responsible for custom charges that may incur for shipping our products to your country.

Please don’t request to mark packages under value to avoid higher custom fees–we need to declare the full amount, equal to the invoice and transaction. This is necessary in the case of of loss or damage, so we’ll be able to recuperate insurance and replace your order.  

REFUNDS

Refunds or Replacements are offered in the event that you received the wrong order, or that your order was misprinted or severely damaged. In any of these cases pls contact the shop immediately.

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days, minus the payment processing fees and the shipping fees.

We have the right to cancel any order/ transaction and offer full refund.
